Information for participants:
The conference will be held in person. The conference languages are Polish and English. The event programme will be published on our website after September 15th.
Participation in the conference is subject to a fee. The conference fee is PLN 350.00 for all participants.
We ask all interested parties to complete the registration form
The organizers plan to publish a post-conference publication, so we ask that you submit abstracts of your papers (approximately 250-300 words). The abstract should include the purpose of the presentation, methodology, and main conclusions.
Place of meeting:
The conference will be held at the Institute of Information and Communication Research of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, Collegium Humanisticum, Władysława Bojarskiego Street 1 (room C.0.39, ground floor).
Deadlines:
- March 9, 2026: Registration starts
- June 30, 2026: Deadline for submissions (with/without a paper)
- July 10, 2026: Information on paper acceptance
- August 15, 2026: Deadline for conference fee payment
- October 15, 2026: Conference
- January 15, 2027: Deadline for paper submission
- December 2027: Planned publication date of the conference publication
